THE DARK SERVANT COLLECTION 1 by A. C. Ellas
| This is the first four books in The Dark Servant series. S'Rak is sent on a mission to save the Prince in the land of light. He is from the dark and looked down upon but he knows he must complete his mission or war will come. I enjoyed these books. I had definite opinions about the characters. Too many who were supposedly on the light side were more evil than those they were condemning for being followers of the dark. The world building is fantastic and done on a need to know basis. S'Rak is a fabulous character and getting to know him was delicious. I had questions as to why Scorth, his friend and fellow traveler, was not helping him more. I hope that question is answered as I read more of this series. This is a good introduction into this world and I look forward to completing the series. |
