|Llysa does not want to die a virgin so she goes to Madame Evangeline for a 1-Night Stand. Wolfe is bored and when he wins a 1-Night Stand in a poker game, he contacts Madame Eve for his night. She matches them.
I enjoyed these characters. Llysa is mysterious. Wolfe is curious. Both receive a night that leaves them wanting more. I liked that Wolfe respected Llysa privacy which led her to trust him. I also liked that their conversation revealed their internal selves which put to rest (well, at least on Wolfe's part) the public reputation.
I enjoy the 1-Night Stand series. It works well with Victorian times as well.
