Werewolf Alpha Darius is trying to bring peace between his people and humans. Aislinn, daughter of General Cavett who wants to destroy all werewolves, turns out to be his mate. How will they be able to work it out? I enjoyed Darius and Aislinn. Though surrounded by powerful and power-hungry men, Aislinn is no shrinking violet. She has opinions and is willing to give them. She also has brains and is willing to use them to avert war and get Darius. They are needed to bring the conflict to the story and to drive it towards its end but some of them are scary. I liked the world building shown in this story but I would like to see an expansion of it. I would also like a better explanation of how the worlds collided and the affects of the collision on the worlds. So far I have only gotten a glimpse of it. This is a very interesting concept and I would like understand more of how the collision has affected the beings involved. |
